LAL - injured list

Anyone an ID why these (great?) players are on the injured list?

Vlade Divac*

I also saw that LAC have Shaun Livingston* on their injured list... in NBA Live 2k5 he's a great force,
especially after some years of dynasty he becomes over 75 overall.

what do they have?

kobe was injured some time ago and that got posted on their site, but I can't find anything about davic and george

Since nobody will help you, I will. Devean George Had ankle sugery at the end of the 03-04 season and Divac had back sugery in November or December. Both should be back for the playoffs if the Lakers make it.

Yeah, just like Duncan and Ginobili are really "injured." Just like Jermaine Oneal is "injured." Oh, but these are ultra-extreme-amazing-great players unlike these guys, so being on the injured list means that they are truly faking it or suck now.

please dont get me started...

he has been one of the most classy guys in the NBA this season. he has taken a team riddled with injuries and ridiculous and had his best season of his career. i bet you didnt know he was expected to miss the first 2 weeks of the season because of injuries, but instead he played in the second game of the season and scored 17 points.

he is injured legit right now, and he will STILL be back.

well yeah. they are/were. come on. all i said was that the IR is really for injured players. it's just that when there are more than 12 players in a roster they put the worst (usually) ones in the IR. but since Vlade and DGeorge aren't really the worst Lakers right now...
