Referee Foul Calling

Sat Feb 07, 2004 11:52 am

I was watching the raptors and pacers game today and Vince Carter went for a monster dunk on Jermaine O'Neal and was clearly fouled but didn't get the call at the end of the half. This same situation also occured a few games back where Vince was clearly hacked very hard as he went to the basket and didn't get the call.

The commentator pointed out that if it was T-Mac, Iverson, or Kobe in the exact same situation they would have got the call because they drive to the net more often and have proven themselves.

I think that is the dumbest thing in the world is judging a call by how often a player drives to the net. The officials are retarded in the NBA for being so *#@#&*#$ biased. Why don't they call plays like they are. And besides Vince drives to the net just as much as T-Mac does anyway. The only difference is Vince doesn't shoot like 12 three pointers a game like T-Mac. Someone should kick the NBA officials right in the head!!!!

LOL, a lot of players don't get the calls. Just ask Shaq about it.

The officials are retarded in the NBA for being so *#@#&*#$ biased.

They're not biased, IMHO.

The only difference is Vince doesn't shoot like 12 three pointers a game like T-Mac.

He doesn't need to. He has help in his team, unlike T-Mac.

I happened to Udonis Haslem and that cost them the game (vs pistons when Corliss fouled him and refs didn't say nothing)
