So she's saying that Kobe does it right with the Kobe assist.

Kirk Goldsberry looked a bit stoned when he did that.

Just imagine if the Thunder had Brook Lopez. Lopez would be the one with the Westbrook salary and the Thunder won't have Perkins (because they have Lopez) where Perk's salary is used to pay for a decent PG that would give the ball to Durant instead of chucking it.
Scary.

Guy from the company behind those new fancy cameras that have basically made stats win all those dumb arguments from like four years ago forever:

Isn't this the trend coming into 201x era? In post-MJ era, the teams desperately seeked for that next MJ not knowing what they really get. They allowed their stars to do whatever they wanted and hoped for the best. The problem was those stars' qualification as the teams had no idea what they were realling getting, because there weren't enough analytical tools around to measure players accurately. Thus, a lot of team suffering with wrong stars and their inefficient system. In today's era, teams rely more on these available stats and actually put them in use. Probably the reason why teams are starting to hire statisticians like John Hollinger? Money ball war era from Experimental era?
