If your are living in the USA/Canada, most off all NBA league pass. If your are not living in the USA/Canada, it would be NBA league pass too. NBA tries to prevent any live TV broadcasts from NBA games in free TV. From what I know of Germany even our pay TV doesn't feature NBA games regularly.
