i think there is already PBA talk in the "international leagues" thread, but yeah, i think with the number of Filipino posters in NLSC, a PBA thread deserves to be here, or idk

I hate it when TNT plays in a Game 7.

i hate it when a PBA playoffs series goes to a "do-or-die" game. They make it seem fixed and they're just after arena sales :shake:

that was a rly thrilling game. I swear Denzel Bowles pissed his pants when he made both those free throws with 1.2 secs left. then BMeg just ran away with it in OT

I admit even though I am a TNT Fan B-Meg has better talents and it showed in this finals our lack of defense was the key of B-Meg to win and I agree it is a thrilling game worth watching again

Nice closer for the conference. A tightly-contested game for the title. Though you have to wonder about the last call in regulation. I credit Bowles for hitting the two free throws to send the game to overtime, you can clearly see him teary-eyed after those two shots because of the pressure. The way he took over the extra period is just epic.

if Kelly Williams didn't foul Bowles, Denzel would have easily scored, IMO. it's just a good thing that wasn't an And-1, because that OT performance by Bowles was just epic, and it would be a shame if we didn't witness that. By the way, that Game 7 was so talked about it reminded me of that H-Bomb explosion against BMeg. Who else saw that game?

That last play in regulation kinda reminded AKTV this, but unfortunately, there was a call:

Alapag and Chot begged off. Randel, Kelly, and Japeth just didn't show up. Boycott, as some fans would say. They were still whining over the officiating in Game 7.

I was hoping that the All-Filipino Cup would end up to be the longest conference in the season.

TNT should stop whining, it will only end up like the team owner (which also owns the broadcast partner network of the league) may just buy the title from B-Meg.
