Biyombo's a PF/C, extremely raw, and his offense is a HUGE liability at this point. He's not going to be handed the starting spot right away. He has a ton of potential, but will likely be a bench player playing 15-20 minutes a night until he figures out how to put the ball in the basket. Hopefully he can put that seven and a half foot wingspan to use soon. His athleticism, his defense, and his rebounding are all very good, but he's nowhere near Dwight Howard's caliber.
The Bobcats need a real center. Diop is the only center under contract: he's been injured since December of last year, he sucks, and his $7M/year contract hopefully will be waived with the amnesty clause without hesitation. Kwame Brown played well (by Kwame Brown's standards) last year, and while he should be re-signed, I really hope he is not a starter again. We need a real center who will actually rebound and play good offense, while at least playing reasonable defense. I'd be looking at Chris Kaman if he gets waived.
About the backcourt, we all know it's going to be undersized with Walker, Augustin, and Henderson all being solid, undersized players. Maggette is kind of on the small side for the 3 as well, while Diaw is an undersized 4. Diaw will probably continue to start (for no apparent reason) while Tyrus Thomas backs him, plays 20 minutes a game, and gets injured every ten games. With Walker and Augustin at the 2 and the 1, (this will happen. I promise.) Henderson will have to earn playing time again, playing off the bench, while Maggs hogs the SF spot for 35 minutes a game. I expect about 14ppg, 5apg from each Walker and Augustin, they'll play together at the SG and PG, and they'll stay undersized all season (unfortunately they're 6'1 and 6'0). But they will produce, and between them, Maggette, and Henderson, the Bobcats have a solid, offensive-minded, yet insanely undersized backcourt, all averaging 12-15 points per game. This, paired with a good, strong, NOT UNDERSIZED, frontcourt (can we please get rid of Diaw and Thomas already?) spells success in the future.

If this doesn't work, we could just blow up the whole thing and grab 2012 draft picks and save space for the 2012 offseason. This is more feasible.
