IMO it's a little bit too retro, the white outlines in the away jersey should be dumped.. the home jersey looks better between the two.

What do you say?

I'm inclined to agree. They're alright but perhaps they've gone a bit too old school here.

Wtf is it with everyone going from all right jerseys to less all right jerseys?

The Clip jerseys were fine, the T'Wolves' was fine since KG was there and the Jazz navy blue was pretty simple but not too shabby.

Jackal, you're ignoring how many new sales they get anytime they change jerseys. I'm shocked that the Knicks and Lakers don't change jerseys as often as the small-market teams do.

We also apparently have fans frothing at the mouth for teams to change the jerseys. I'd tell you to check all the "new jersey" threads but the mere existence of them prove my point.

I guess. It's as silly as changing ones jersey number to garner more jersey sales.

I still feel the T'Wolves' black alternates were awesome. Even the Kings' black jerseys are gone.

I'm glad LA doesnt keep changing their jersey. I love the fact they are the only team who dont have white as their home jersey. (Unless I missed something.)

Black jerseys are seriously underrated, I blame racism. Spurs have always rocked black, white and silver, for 40 years, and look at their success.

And despite what you say you have to admit the Lakers caved when they instituted the white alternates. (And Kobe sold a ton off the jersey change.)

Actually since I thought a second on it, the Knicks and Lakers don't need to change jerseys because they sell so many anyway and the owners are flush with cash. I'm sure they'd make new ones like anyone else looking for money. Cuban's Mavs have also avoided this as he only changed the jerseys once.

That said, at least we're not in the 1990s with the Pistons and Grizzlies and Rockets and so many other horrible jerseys they should be banned by league fiat from possibly being "Hardwood Classics".

And here I am buying into this silly jersey nonsense.

Don't really like them, too retro as some mentioned before.

Chicago, NY, LA Lakers, San Antonio and Boston are the teams who would look weird with a different jersey.

The best jerseys in the league are all the simple ones: Lakers, Celtics, Pistons, Spurs, Bulls and Heat.

Ironically, simple jerseys always win NBA titles. Maybe that's a sign that teams who don't focus on getting money by changing jerseys and other nonsensical things has more time to figure out how to build a good team.

I do like both of those jazz jerseys, so I guess I'm in the minority on that one. The retro route they took is better than the retro route Philly took with theirs IMO. That said, I'll probably hate them when I see them on the abortion of a court they're going to have.

I don't think it's that they are more worried about building a good team and that's why they don't spend time changing jerseys, I think it's more about them having really rich owners.

Smaller market teams usually have smaller budgets ownership-wise, which usually means they wont spend enough cash to actually win a championship. Think of a Memphis Grizzlies-esque team.

Oh, Sterling doesn't count, he just sees the Clips as something to make some money off of, not as an investment that could make a lot more money if they were actually a winning team.

I'd also suggest that teams frequently changing jerseys and seeking new and elaborate designs are trying to distract attention from a subpar roster or gloss over a rebuilding/re-tooling phase as being a new era, emphasised by new jerseys.

I've never noticed that either.

As for the Jazz jerseys, I would say they're ok, I don't really have a problem with them, but the old dark blue ones were better imo.
