Found this interesting article on ESPN.com about the problems in college basketball recruiting; 20 coaches anonymously answering some questions about the problems on it.

Good read. I don't think it should surprise anyone that all that stuff goes on, even if the players themselves aren't getting paid salaries as in the NBA there is still money involved (and for the players, the prospect of NBA salaries looming on the horizon) and the desire for a competitive edge. The answers the coaches gave to the question about whether they'd break a major rule to snag a top five player if there was zero chance of them being caught are certainly interesting.
