40 seconds into the video. We both broke our wrist going up for a block. Mine was nearly the exact same way except the guy pump faked and I flipped over him ( like Elton Brand dislocated his shoulder)Big injury for the Cavs, I guess this means Daniel Gibson and Wally will get more time. So which NBA injuries do you think are the nastiest?

Shaun Livingston's and Joe Johnsons in the playoffs against that Mavs both come to mind. Especially Shaun's, jesus christ that was gross.

Livingston was just the sickest thing Ive seen in the NBA so far. But Demond Greene's injury (german basketball player) was just as sick as Livingston. He somewhat broke his ankle and it completely turned away from his leg. I think it was posted in any forum here when it happened. Dont wanna post a link since I dont want to watch it again ^^ But just look on youtube for Demond Greene inury.

Oh but what I want to post is how Greene stuffs Wade ;)

I saw his injury before it was really sick, but I wanted to keep it in the NBA.

I'd probably go with Livingston's injury as the most gruesome, though it's probably made even more horrific by the medical report in its aftermath. West took a hard fall too.
