lebron wont go #2, the fans would boycott the cavs for sure if he dont get picked 1rst....
so that leaves darko and anthony.... who would you choose? prince is a star in the making.... and plays the same position as anthony, so do you go with the big man, darko?

my head hurts...

poor, poor raptors... i was pulling for you

They will probably start Darko at centre, they started Robinson there so Wallace could play PF, so Darko could play there. He has the height, plus he's in the East.

how do you's know Darko will start, and start at centre

hes like a dirk nowitzi, he wont be able to play centre in the NBA, especially at 18, geez, i see him starting at pf or playing off the bench

I think he could start. The Pistons are only going to start Robinson anyway. The only reason they do start Robinson is because they have no size. Darko would do just as good. He doesn't have to stay in the post. With Wallace in there he can play on the perimeter as well as posting up. Noone really played centre for the Pistons this season. Robinson may have been listed as playing centre but he was really just another power forward. Darko could do what Robinson did easily.

Maybe in a few years he could. But right now? I dunno. Darko has alot of talent from what ive heard, but he wont have the body to be a cnetre just yet imo, or the mindset of a veteran of clifford robinson's stature.

But I don't think detroit can fuck this up. Either Darko or Carmelo will be good

Darko is a PF, but I think he will likely take Cliffy's role once Cliffy is done. Cliff isn't a true center either, Darko playing alongside Wallace would be just the same.
But next season, Detroit should have him off the bench I think, and learn the game. Darko is said to be 2-3 years away from making a good contribution anyway.

Im not sure darko would be a good fit. Anthoney would fit better. But I think they should trade the pick. they will have 2 i think they get a mid 1st rounder like 14 or 15 plus there normal pick around 25 thats 3 first round picks.

They need size and a scorer wraped into one. Maybe a Garnett? The pistons have the money to spend.

Also on Darko Im not sure he woulld be the stopper on defence they would want. i say trade get a superstar

Darko would be a good fit for the Pistons, they desperately needed size and they got it. Anthony would only slow the development of Prince and vice versa. I think the Pistons should keep the pick unless they get a damn good offer.

That's what Darko is going to be isn't he? Well he compares himself to KG and the Pistons are saying that he is the next Nowitzki from what they have seen in workouts.

Detroit didn't really want a defensive stopper, they have Wallace. i'm not sure what sort of defender Darko is, but he can't be too bad. He has the height and he is fairly mobile. I say they wait a year or two and they will have a superstar.

i think Pistons will take Darko
Prince is the future SF of the team and Cliff is on his way out, and Cliff won't mind playing off the bench either (he offered his starting job early in the season). Either way, theres no better time to be a Pistons fan :)
