I vote for Brett Brown, Lionel Hollins, Jason Kidd and George Karl.

Brett Brown for sure. I think Mike D'Antoni will be good replacement.

They literally just gave Brett Brown a two year contract extension a week ago.

I think Brett Brown shouldn't have to shoulder all the Sixers woes, to be fair he is coaching a bunch of players that should be playing in the D-League or overseas.
