A new version of FshEd (0.0.3) is available at:

http://www.bsu.edu/web/bsmith2/download/fshed003.zip

New:
    1. Handled all problems ID'ed by Beta testers
    2. Added drag drop compatibility. Just open windows explorer, select one or more bitmap (bmp) file(s) and drag them into the open editor. All files will be added to the current fsh
    3. Added a "global/local" button to force FshEd to use either the global or local palette. Sometime the local palette is used (rare) even though a global palette exists.
    4. Added menu access to the help file

No tools exist yet, but various "plug-ins" are in the planning stages.

Perhaps you can work with bokayo to make his jersey number positioning program into a "plug-in"? At the moment it is a "plug-in" for NFSHTool and just updates the the index.fsh information. But the interface is very easy to use as you just drag and drop the numbers where you want them to go rather than having to enter the actual co-ordinates. This would be a good addition to FshEd as a "plug-in" because it is something everyone wants to do with jerseys.. and we need an easy way.. (Y)
