This is awsome cause Brien Made a Jersey plugin that lets you mess around with jersey numbers n' stuff...and a gif plugin which can be used for importing numbers. Those of you patchers that dont know how to make an alpha channel with transparency...can save your numbers as a gif with transparency...and simply import it with the gif plugin!

The file you are missing is the borland shared memory manager. I had a copy of this in my windows system32 directory so it always worked fine for me. It's these little gitches that make programming so difficult

Thanks for this pluggin Brien ... this is truley becoming a powerfull patching tool now and is making patching ALOT easier.

Can I request that the next pluggin be that FSHEd handles PSD files which are Photoshop Layered graphics files.. cause this is the format what alot of patchers design and create their work in. It would be cool if we did not have to convert to BMP or GIF. It would be also good if it can handle the transperancy fot the PSD files the same as you have done for GIF. And PSD can have many levels of transperancy. I know that the number.fsh have this but I am not sure if you can convert this over from a PSD file. It would be fanstastic if you could. The we wouldn' loose any quality by converting to GIF..

I know i sound like a bug cause i'm the one who suggested a gif plugin . I'm worried about the legality of such a plugin though.

This is why I started using the plugin concept. Patchers only download what they need. Also, FshEd is better customizable to future versions of Live or other EA Games. Unfortunately, if they come up with a drastically new file format, I will have to recode FshEd entirely. At that point, I will switch to file format plugins.

...so the gif plugin will still be usful...

Actually, there are more problems with the GIF format The Photoshop format is very complex, but I think I can include enough of the essence of the format to make such a plugin useful. (we'll see).

Thanks Brien.. I understand this and that is why I felt bad asking for it but if you think it is possible this would be great..

I was surprised how quickly you produced the Jersey number position pluggin and it is a mighty fine pluggin too.. On a similar vein and it shouldn't be too different is if you could add the BLET coordinates to this pluggin or create a lettering pluggin so we can move the position of the lettering on the back of the jersey....

I love this tool... best NBA Live tool since EAGraph...

I've got a few minor items to report for the latest version of FSHed...I say minor because the program is still fully functional without these items being fixed...

A. When locating the numbers with the new number plugin the digits on the jersey are reversed from what is shown on the slider bar. For example:

If you slide the number slider bar to number 49...the number shown on the jersey is 94.

B. If you switch to another application (Alt+Tab etc.) while using the number positioning plugin you can not get back to the number positioning plugin without minimizing all running applications. The number positioning plugin gets placed behind everything and does not return to the top when you switch back to FSHEd. For example:

1. Open up Internet Explorer (or any application) and maximize it.
2. Open up FSHEd, open up a jersey, and activate the number positioning plugin.
3. Alt+Tab to Internet Explorer.
4. Alt+Tab back to FSHEd.

You will see that you can't return to the number positioning plugin without first minimizing Internet Explorer. This poses a bit of a problem when you have a number of applications running at once and you need to switch back and forth...

I agree with LegoShaq that the next update to this awesome program should be an ability to move the positioning of the back nameplate. This would be really helpful for some jerseys like the old Sacramento Kings jerseys that have the name BELOW the number.

Yep, this is a pain in the butt. Before releasing the plugin I tried setting the window property to "alway on top". Unfortunately, you then couldn't bring anything else to the foreground. I think I can fix this problem.

I think we can get this done.

Somebody needs to organize this. That is, there should be a priority list of needed plugins / bug fixes/ features. That way I wouldn't waste my time on something that very few people want, while ignoring something that is desparately needed by "the community".

Well, that blows my theory.... all along I thought you were crazy.

This is an unexpected finding. Later I will look into it. I guess it has nothing to do with the accuracy of patch production. It just looks silly.
