NBA Live 2001 MANUAL

Hi all!
Does anybody have the NBA Live 2001 manual in a filed data form (maybe in txt,doc,pdf or other format), or it only exists on a paper in a form of a booklet. Maybe someone knows a correct link to download it (if it exists somewhere anyway).
