Hello

, I have released 2 patches and one more as soon as I get permission from the original creator for the parts of his patch that I used.

1) My version of Tayshaun Prince, I have worked on and off for two weeks on this. This is Version 2

2) Kaspers Kambala: For the National Teams patch, he plays for Latvia.

The one that will be held back is an update of Stephen Jackson (check the Avatar for the preview) complete with multi color headband and dual bicep bands. This is an update of an Edwin Solid patch, tattoos and all.

Nice work with Stephen Jackson, David!

You can use the copy and paste option with the faulty eye :roll:

and change the other one (using mirror option) to get a perfect result with this guy from Latvia. I've seen playing Kambala a lot of times and your headshape work is very good too :wink:

Thanks for the compliment, but the photo i have has his left eyelid lower than the rightside. I think his eye is like that. This guy is definitly not the best looking player out there, so i tried to keep him ugly as he is. :lol:

Unoquepasa, I do use this technique quite often, it works great when trying to fix up patches when only part of the photo is good to use. I see what you mean with the eye, but his eye is like that in real life. I also know that real life and patching sometimes don't mix and the headshape don't agree with that look, so I will take your advice and change it in Version 2.

Hello,
First I have not received a reply back from Edwin, I think the E-mail address is no good, but I have tried!
So I am releasing Stephen Jackson, because a lot of people have asked for this updated patch, and I would love to release it before the NBA finals starts. So this is an updated Stephen Jackson patch that was originally done by Edwin of Black and White (all credit on the face and tats go to him). I updated him by adding his signature triple colored headband and double black bicep pads. I wanted to make his black mouthpiece but could not get it to look right.

Then I decided to fix up a couple of un-released college patches I made late last year. Either the pictures were too small or the patch just did not come out as I wanted...................... but this time around I used a couple of new effects I’ve learned in the last 6 months, and they came out much better. Look out for a few more of my un-released patches that I mentioned in the past to be re-done and released.

1) Hassan AdamsV2 (this is Version 2 for some because I did E-mail him out to a couple of people). - He plays for Arizona -soon to be a sophomore, this kid is going to be a great player! I fixed up the face, added a new headshape, added his tattoo and headband.

2) David Padgett- Still in High school. A Top 10 blue chipper who will be going to Kansas this fall. He should be taking Nick Collison’s spot at center.

I am currently working on Charlie Villanueva (check the avatar) for the preview.
I know that he has already been created, but I have had plans to make him for a while, just as I want to create the whole UCONN Huskies team for the NCAA patch, so I will be releasing mine.
I hope he comes to his censes and withdraws his name from the draft by June 18th and goes to UCONN as he said he would...................... not just because I am a UCONN fan :roll:

, I would hate to see him not get drafted like Lenny Cooke and DeAngelo collins (last year) and ruin his future!
He is projected for the middle of the second round. C’mon Charlie play college ball!!!!!!

Also I am updating 3 of my older patches with tattoos, J.R. Bremer, Batiste and Smush Parker.

Last but not least, I am making "Nacho Rodriguez who plays for Spain for the National Teams patch.

These all should be ready to download in a couple of days.

I just uploaded a finished version of Charlie Villanueva and 2 new N.T. screenshots to Alex. The rest of the patches i am working on will be ready in a few more days.

The Villanueva preview has him in a UCONN jersey; (wishful thinking :lol:

If by the 18th of June he don't withdraw his name from the draft, then i will change this.

Good News

, well for me and other Uconn fans that is.
Charlie Villanueva came to his censes and withdrew his name from the draft. So that means Uconn should almost certainly be the pre-season number one later this year.

Back to patching, if you are into Dp's NCAA Live 2000 patch, I will make all of the Huskies faces by the end of the year. Four of them are complete, Gordon, Okafor, Taliek Brown and Charlie Villanueva.............. 8 more to go. Check Alexsite for the downloads!

I am almost finished with the updates I mentioned in the previous thread. Just Smush Parker's tattoos and Nacho Rodriguez to go.

1) Ignacio "Nacho" Rodriguez of Spain for the N.T. Patch

2) 3 New versions of J.R. Bremer, Smush Parker and Mike Batiste. I updated these three with tattoos converted from ReyJ of Live 2003. All credit goes to him.

Version 1.5 of the National Teams roster will be finished in a couple of days. This will be the final version for the 2002-03 roster.

Sometime before the end of the year i will begin work on the National Teams 2004 roster, this will have the rosters updated for the 2004 Olympics.

I will continue to make faces for the roster, as well as an Olympic court for the next version.

Now that the draft has come and gone, I have to say there were a whole lot of surprises :shock:

..................... but the good thing is, as far as the first round goes about half the players have already been patched.

ALEX: I will send you a headshot preview of all the NCAA players that I created in the past that were drafted, so when you move them to their new team the preview will look like the other NBA previews in that section................... also the un-drafted seniors, i will do the same, because they are free-agents now.

Keith Bogans (Second round 43rd pick- Milw) this patch I created last year “I never like it very much" but I will release version 3. I fixed his tattoo (smaller now) and fixed his goatee and mouth.

Kendrick Perkins (1st round 27th pick) I created him last year, but never released it, i will fix this patch up and send it to Alex.

Note: The Stephen Jackson patch I updated, was originally done by Devastator of Wild patches, not Edwin of Black and White. Sorry
