Logos help!

I recently purchased this game the other week and i finally got it yesterday and was looking around in the art folders when i saw in the frontend/logos file a user file. What does this file do as there is no documentation of it in the manual?? can anyone please shed some light on this? thanx

I'm not sure never noticed it before. Must have something to do with custom team logo's?
