Some cyberfaces won't install properly?

I was downloading Lebron James and DeSagana Diop cyberfaces from Alexsite and I installed them correctly but they don't work in 2000? They will still have the default face from when I created them? Also when it runs in MS-DOS it will open and close like in (snap)! 
It does'nt even give me a chance to read what it says in MS-DOS. All I can tell is that at least one of them says something like (file not found) or something. It really disappears from the screen fast!
