don't think there is any patch like that

The funny thing is in the dbf edditor you can change ppl to female I think. I dont know what it is used for.

I've never tried to change this field, but it seems it doesn't change the player's appearance... This field may just be related to the fact that in older versions of NBA Live you had some "easter egg" teams (the ones with the developpers) where you can see some women...
