player rating points

when i create a player is there a way i can get more points for him? like if i want to make him a all around 99 player in all of his ratings?

You'll need the Toolkit, which you can download in the NBA Live 2000 downloads section. There's a NBA Live 2000 Toolkit that works with Microsoft Access '97, or you can also use the Live 2003 Toolkit for your Live 2000 game, which works with Access 2000 or later (that's what I use).
You also can maybe use the DBF Commander, but I don't know much about it, maybe someone else can help you with that...
