Probably cause you have to use a keyboard to type. You must use the mouse to specify you want to assign an user to the joystick/controller and def. must use keyboard to type. In the configuration you don't have to write/type anything, all the keys are assigned to the respective feature, if you want to change any, point & click it with the mouse and press the button on your controller you want to use.

mine doesnt work at all i cant move the keyboard/controller to the team i want then if i advance just to watch the game it freezez and wont load it. did it on my dad's comp wich is also win xp.

Ok, I found this program and thought that it would be helpful for those telling me the 99 version doesn't work on new systems or OS.
