installing any roster patch for mba live 2000

please let me know what i need and how to do it..i am driving myself crazy...please help

There's nothing hard :
either there's a .bat file and all you have to do is to unzip your file in your nba live directory (c:\program files\ea sports\nba live 2000 by default)
or if not that it must be a "classical" save file (with *.dbf files as players.dbf and location.dbf etc...) so you unzip it in the "save" directory that is placed in NBA live directory
