is this place dead or what...

I finally have recived a new copy of 01 and am about to install it on my pc in the garage and was wondering where i could find some updated rosters for the game

I had a look at the homepage on the nba-live site but it keeps redirecting me to the update menu

does that mean they have been removed or is it just a temp glitch
