I'm playing Live 2000 for a year by now (I bought a copy from a bargain bin in the beggining of last year) and since then I played about 3 full seasons on 12 min quarters/Superstar mode/Full simulation.
- I suppose everyone here could outscore AI teams (hey, it's not Allen Iverson I'm talking about!
) but in a 48 min Superstar game, what were your best results?
- I can easily reach the 150 pt mark with my team, but I seldom hold my AI opponents under 100... I guess the best I did was 75pts and that was the only time I held any team under 80 pts.
I noticed that I play better against defensive teams and struggle playing against offensive teams (run'n gun style).
- In these 300+ games, I got only 3 or 4 triple-doubles... 2 with Jamal Tinsley (Pts, Ast, St), 1 with Yao Ming (Pts, Reb, Blk) and I'm not really sure about the fourth but I think it was Eddie Jones (Pts, Ast, Reb).
- My top scorer mark is rather low: Just 42 pts with Dirk Nowitzki. I guess that is because I use "auto subs" and my team is rather full of scorers (as you'll see below).
- I never played against other human. I don't play arcade-style.
I'm still using Ben's roster while awaiting for a final version of Alexboom's roster because I don't wanna to restart my franchise every time the roster is updated. As I said my franchise is in its 3rd year. Here are the history:
