can you explain more about the bin editing? can you take moochie norris's face and keep the face but give him a bald hairstyle or an afro while keeping the same face?

Yes; you can do all of that. I think the method was actually started by Eric Lin and he had a readme in the resources section on his old site, and just recently Bru' left a thread explaining more on how this is done.
I have been experimenting with this a little bit, and have a couple of patches coming out that will use this trick.
