Roster updates or patches...

Is there a way to update rosters or have some patches in my NBA Live 99 or NBA Live Courtside wtih KB24?

Also is there a franchise mode on this games or a way to build one?

This games are in my N64 emulator in PC...

It's possible to patch the PC version but a lot of updates have been lost over time since back in the day, it was popular to use hosts like Geocities and Xoom which either removed hosted sites after a period of inactivity or closed down altogether.

There's no way to add Franchise Mode to an emulated version of NBA Live 99 N64, the PC version does have a multi-season mode though.

Yes to rosters, hex editing. I wouldn't recommend it though.

What is hex editing? And is that for N64 or for PC?
Is the game chrashes if ill use it?

N64. (Rom at least, which you said you're using.)
