I have a GeForce 2 400 - 64Mb
30 gb hd
450 mHz
160 Mb RAM
, and the requirements are much less than that. So why can't I run this game on MAX or at least high or medium.
Help me and maybe tell me what you have and how yours runs.

What runs at 450 mhz? if that is your processor then you will be lucky to run it at all. I have had a minimum spec machine a few times in the life of NBA live. Those minimums are just that. Usually you have to look at the recommended requirements to find out what the REAL minimums are that would make for a satisfactory playing experience.
