attention patchers!!!!!!

attention all patchers: alex has told everyone that he will be gone for a while so you may submit your patches to me at cubancigars88@yahoo.com and i will post all your files on the internet along with their pictures. i will post all the files in the address that is included in my signature. i am only doing this temporarily while alex is gone. when he gets back, things will return to normal. some of you may know that Davide Cocchi has a dahntay jones cyberface patch on Alexsite and some of you may know that he converted that patch from nba live 2001. i made that patch that davide converted from live 01 to 00 and he did not ask my permission before he converted it over to live 2000. i am very disappointed in this and i have asked alex to remove it from his website. i have just realized that davide cocchi has also converted my aaron mcghee patch and released it without my permission. i will ask alex to remove that patch from his site when he returns.

here are some questions i would like to ask davide cocchi.
1.can you really patch at all? it seems like you're just converting other peoples patches and releasing them with out the original patcher's permission.
2.do you know that you are doing something wrong here??? what you did was basically stealing. and you didn't even include my name in it and the work just simply said "by Davide Cocchi" but yourself and I both know that you didn't make the patches you STOLE.
3.are you going to apologize??? after all, if you had asked me, i would have allowed you to release the converted patches as long as you give me some credit. now that its too late, are u gonna apologize?

I removed Aaron McGhee & Dahntay Jones. I simply assume that Davide Cocchi didn't knew the "rule".

patchers, don't forget to ask the original authors if you use some part of other patchs, the original author may never refuse, i think there is no valuable reason for refusing so you don't have to fear when asking

now that Davide Cocchi knows what he did was wrong, i forgive him for what he did and in the future, ask permission before you use someone else's work. i however, still do not want the converted dahntay jones patch and aaron mcghee patches to be released even if i have appologized because both patches look pretty ugly even though i made them. those were the days when i didn't make really good patches.

you can keep them on your computer because you did not release them.

i think i'm going to take a break from patching for a week or two. and alex needs someone to take all the patch submissions and post them on the web. if anyone can do this for alex for the time he is not here, contact me at cubancigars88@yahoo.com

you will need an email address that can hold file submissions and a website to host the submissions along with their previews if they're included.

i am hoping to enjoy my break from patching and we hope that someone can host the patches.
