¿How can I add players to the current roster from another???

I have Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Dejan Bodiroga and Walter Herrmann in an old roster o' mine. ¿How can I add 'em to the current roster?
I took Kareem from the legends roster, and Bodiroga and Herrmann from the International teams patch

Get a DBF editor, copy the players from the old roster's PLAYERS.DBF, and paste them into the new roster.

Be sure to assign new PlayerIDs (use the last sequential numbers), and change the original and current Team number to 29 (free agents) with a RosterPosition of 0.
