how do u do aloops?

i always wondered about this.....and what does direct pass and direct shoot do?

it shows this little icon above each player and if you pressed one of those icons, it goes to him. say you want to pass to your big man at the end of the court, press that, then his indicated button, and you will pass to him instead of to the pg standing right infront of you like you would normally do if you just pressed the pass button

to do alleyhoops press the fake button then the pass button in a swift motion. make sure to have a guy in the paint before you do it. but the game always let the PF or C get the most dunks seldom are the guards and the SF. I used to have T mac inside the paint and that much closer to the basket when all of the sudden Yao Ming DIve from the Free throw Line to do a reverse dunk alleyhoop. some kind of a bug i guess. but never the less i have been doing it about 10x in every game whenever i get my big man open down low.


hint if u miss the first attempt and for some reason you grab the offensive rebound do alley hoop again. it will surely shock the defense and u get to score the second time around
