I believe some of them have included instructions, and in most cases batch files that you run to install them. Unzip them and go from there; that's all the support I can provide, these are just patches that have been recovered and uploaded as-is for safekeeping.

I always used the EAEditor to import them all in myself. I remember the best patch for Live 2001 was Tony Huml's Brian Grant patch that gave him his signature dreads

You can do that too, but quite a few of these came with batch files and Lutz's BLOTCH tool, which simplified the process for most people.

Once there was a PLK (Polish Basketball League) patch for NBA Live 2001. I was looking for it everywhere, when I found something, unfortunately the links did not work. Maybe there is a user from Poland on the forum who has this add-on saved somewhere on the disk?
