What is tony parkers player package?

if you're talking about the PLAYERPKG entry in players.dbf, well, it shall be 0TOPARKE.fsh if you follow the rules (8 characters, starting with an 0, two characters of the first name and 5 characters of the last name). Tony Parker cyberface by bb14 on Alexsite uses this player package.
Now, because Tony Parker is not in the original game, the PLAYERPKG depends on how the patcher called this cyberface. He could have name it 0TOTOPAP.fsh for instance...
