NBA Live 2000 Windowed Mode, Possible?

Hey everyone, I have a problem with NBA Live 2000. It runs great and all, but I want to talk to my friends via Steam, so I added it on Steam as a non-Steam shortcut. The Steam game overlay didn't work, probably because it is an older game. So, I tried everything. DXWnd, 3DAnalyze, everything to make Live 2000 into windowed mode. None of them worked. Alt + Enter didn't work either. So, does anyone know a mod to make it windowed, or a .txt file, or anything else? Anything will be appreciated. Thanks.
