Jerseys Creation

Not every team has jerseys with frontal numbers on the same position.
Example: Blazers and Rockets have small frontal numbers dislocated to one side of the jersey while the Bulls or the Celtics have jerseys with large centralized frontal numbers.

How can I define the position of the number on a custom jersey?

You must use one of the number positions that you stated above. Just use that team jersey as a base file. Some of the numbers in the middle are higher and lower than others.
