NT Roster V1.1

I figured i would post a thread announcing Version 1.1, even though Alex has not posted the patch yet, but there are a couple of people who have it already. I fixed a couple of problems with the name spelling, that was not allowing a cyberface to install. I also added a player to Lithuania.
