Trying to find Euroleague 2000 or Olympic Patch

I am trying to find some patches for Nba Live 2000... i know there was an Olympic 2000 patch made by Euro-ball team, and Euroleague 2000 patch.. http://members.tripod.com/~carbor/ here you can see some screenshots of Euroleague 2000 patch.. Maybe, somebody still have these patches.. I would be very grateful if i can get them..
