latest roster

first of all can some one tell me this, in nba live 2000 do the players rating change during the year. coz i downloded the latest roseter and after the first couple of games all the rating went down and some came up, like riky davis was 80 became 71, same with vince??

The only site with updated rosters for NBA Live 2000 is the one linked to on the NLSC: nbalive.org. It's the same roster (created by Ben), though there might be a new version available at nbalive.org.
