Game Crashing

Hey guys... I need a lil' help here... i've installed some cyberfaces and the game is crashing to the desktop after the game starts loading... I know its the faces cause i didn't have this problem till then. I just installed the game after not playing for about 2 years and I excited to play again, since i can't get 2003 to work since my video card sucks. any help would be great... the patches are correct with the Face, Fac1, Fac2. I'm just confused.

Oh and i get the Abort error of : Cannot Load Graphic File : RAM
