HELP NEEDED!!

i need someone to help me take screenshots of the legends ive created!! my computer has a crappy screenshot taker, so i dunno what the deal is! the pictures i take are much worse looking than they are in the actual game! so i was wondering if anyone would like to help me out?? ill send you the patch, you send alex the screenshots!!! PLEASE GUYS I NEED HELP HERE!!

do you use an external program to take screenshots or do you press the F12 key when you're in NBA Live ?
