Does anyone know how (or if) you can create new accessories (bands, hats, beards, etc.) for NBA Live 2000?

Yes, if you're skilled with editing the graphics files.

Of course you can.............. Live 2000 allows you do add anything to the players arms, legs, hands. You can change shoes as well as add anything to the head of a player. Now doing this is the hard part, you have to know how to use Psp or another graphic program. Learn how to use the Ea graph program as well as blotch. Some immagination and lots of trial and error.
