Improving game settings in Franchise Mode

Postby Harizzma on Thu Feb 20, 2003 2:28 pm

Guys,
Could you please advise me in my situation.
I used Roster Patch first, then I started Franchise Mode. I'm in my third year in Franchise Mode (definitely don't want to quit it) and I didn't use Custom Install.
I wonder if I can reinstall my NBA 2000 in custom mode without losing my Franchise saves.
Is it possible?
May be I should make a back-up of my NBA Live directory, then reinstall the game in Custom Mode (just to make it nicer by adding few uniform and arena patches) and after reinstallment just paste missing files form the back-up directory into new NBA Live directory? :?

your franchise is saved in the \save folder of nba live 2000 main directory

if you have some players patchs, there are in the art\ingame\players\update folder

think about saving also you players.viv and teams.viv files if you've made some changes (as changing some of your players cyberfaces or changing some jerseys)
