I don't know if everyone knows about this, but the old forum thread's can still be viewed at the above link. So before you ask a question, do some research, almost certain the question has been answered before. Check the old announcement's if you want to know what has been released in the past.

Where can I find 2000 roster patch tip section though? Wasn't there utility section on the old message boards?

I downloaded NBA Live 2000 Toolkit which works under access97. The readme file only says you are familiar with this editor because it has been like this since previous versions.......

Maybe i have to use MS access to edit the file. no problem will be caused by that right?
