well would anybody be able to make any of the other years, like 99-00 rookie add ons cause im almost finished my season and i would love to be able to draft real nba players.

i'm actually trying to make the 1999 rookies but i cant seem to get the players to appear in the rookie draft. i can only get them to appear as free agents. ????????????
