offensive and deffensive aware?

could anyone explain how does the off. and def. aware skills work?

higher off aware allows for better/faster fast breaks. high def aware does not allow the opposition to have better/faster fast breaks. eg. if vince carter's off aware is 95, once you get a def reb most likely he'll be down the court already. if ben wallace's def aware is 95, once the opponent gets a defensive rebound he'll be one of the first to hustle back.

basically, it's basketball IQ.

thanks. but does off. aware work for guards? i mean i can imagine SF, PF, C making a fast break but PG seems to always stay at the back when action begins, and SG always try to be close to the PG.

it should. but i find that in live 01, no matter what happens, the centre is the first one down the court.
