whats left to be patched thread.....

many things have been patched, (players, shoes, courts, etc) you may be wondering whats left out there???heres a list i came up with that i feel needs to be updated in order to make this game the best available
version;)

1. referees patch with real refs heads
2. shot clock and rim patches (better texture) *thinking about doing this myself
3. backboards (the thing that holds up the basket that says nba) *currently working on one that has the nba logo on it
4. scoreboard ads on the jumbotron instead of ones that say easports *made one, but im having trouble doing a bat and extracting the right files out someone help me out at brdhsby5@aol.com
5. coachs patch with 2 popular coaches (ive seen a jackson riley one out but dunno where it is now)
6. crowd patches (if possible) add shirts on the people in the crowd maybe ones that have the nba logo, or say love it live
7. an aba ball patch (seen one before but dont know where it is)

well thats all i can think of now feel free to add to it

they're pretty good ideas, but the crowd animation is just too much work... i doubt anyone would want to even touch it

the aba ball patch.... that doesn't make the game more realistic

about the coach patch.... i'd rather have the generic ones because who wants to see phil jackson coaching the warriors....

ref patches are possible

i'd also suggest further improving bb14's court patches.... for example some of the stairs have wrong colours and have a wrong ad up at the "stores"....
(i'm not bashing his courts, i love his patches, but i feel they are kind of incomplete)

Idiot, I agree with you.
My courts aren't perfect, but the reason is only the difficult to edit them, because each court has its own structure (bin+ fsh) and i can't do all I want (or I don't have enough time)
Don't forget I must update the "NHL 2002" section too.

Good idea, my courts could be improved (or completed) by the fans, but for the moment, I didn't receive any help for my site. If the fans make new authentic courts, I will be happy to propose them on my site........

It's been done. While back somebody changed the refs faces to Jordan and Magic. Somebody also made a Phil Jackson and Pat Riley coaches patch but then you have the problem of them coaching every team.

Yeah. I have the refs patch which changes the faces to michael magic and the creator of the patch. It is pretty good. If anyone wants it just post their email and I will give it to you.
