Franchise Salaries problem (alex plz help me !)

i am play the franchise with alex patch and i have change the salary.ini because the orgrinal is too out date ,,but i have problem when playing franchise because the salaries of all the teams players is still using the orgrinal salaries which is very low ,,so i want to ask is there any method to change the salaries of the existing players to meet my requirement in salary.ini
