MyLeague unlimited salary/hardcap

How do i make MyLeague to sign any free agency players i want for 80 consecutive years without restriction to salary cap and hard cap? I was able to do this in NBA 2k15 i just turn off the hard/salary cap settings.

But in nba 2k16 when i sign free agent players the next year, the contract shootup high with unrealistic values that leads me unable to signing them due to salary cap/hardcap exhaustion even though i turned it off.

This is a bug that should be fixed in a future patch. Once that's fixed, turning salary cap and hard cap off should give $1B to work with, while players will ask for salaries based on 2015's salary cap, giving you essentially space to sign all 15 players to a max contract.
