Commentary Dropping out

Seems to be happening to me every game now, commentary just goes silent, until the end of a quarter when it returns for a few conversations then goes silent again for 10+ minutes of game time.

Just want to confirm this is a common bug?

Yep, same here. Commentary goes silent in various occasions. Comes back after halftime.

For me it seems like it drops out in the 2nd and 4th quarter.

this is happening on me too. Also, in MyCareer games, if someone free throws, the players try to rebound the ball in the first ft.. if it doesn't go in, they rebound it and game continues and no more second free throw.. if the first ft goes in, they go back to the ft lane for the last shot. Really weird! But I can live with it for now. I know they'll fix it eventually.

For MyLEAGUE and MyGM, the workaround is to go to Simcast Live for a second and then jump back in. That should restore commentary. We're looking into it in-house as well.

it's fare only for college games 'cuz they using "1+1" FT scheme. I didn't notice this in NBA games

I feel the same to play a quick match, comments disappear soon after starting the game.

I play mainly MyTeam Domination now and I usually have 2K Beats setting. Once the songs went silent (dropped out) and it helped to change to different setting, resume the game (I heard the commentary in that case) and switch back to 2K Beats - songs resumed to play. Next time you could try this, maybe it will help.

It seems to happen whenever the stadium announcer or stadium PA says or starts to play something. Which is why it doesn't happen in the college games.
