Pre-download on PS4?

Any information if PS4 users who pre-ordered the game digitally can download the game before 25/09? If I only can be authorized to download on day 25, then I will only play on day 26 or 27, because the game should be almost 50gb and my download speed are very slow Lol

23rd of September is the estimated date for when 2K allow pre-loads.
