Hey everyone! I am happy to announce that Andrew and I are arranging a podcast to discuss MyLEAGUE & MyGM in NBA 2K16 as well as the game in general, life, favorite bad movies from the year past, and more!

So, what are your questions? I can't promise to answer them all, but I'll try! Also, they don't have to all be about the game. Ask me anything. About life in California, about working in game development, about growing an awesome beard, whatever you're feeling like!

1. Is Create-A-Team in?

2. For 2K16, what are you most happy with that you've worked on as far as how it came out, and what was the most fun thing to work on?

1. How difficult is it to add a historical team in the game? Personally, I'd love to be able to play a past season with all the teams from a specific year. For example, take the 1995-1996 season: if you play with the Bulls, are you going to be able to improve their 72-10 record?

2. NBA 2K is probably the most acclaimed sports videogame series today. What do you think is the key behind your success?

3. What are your feelings on Space Jam 2 with Lebron James?

40 minutes of nothing NBA 2K related at all to begin the show, just to annoy the person who complained last time...despite two hours of NBA 2K15 content after that, and a warning to skip ahead if you wanted to get straight to the stuff about the game.

1. Is there a possibility in the near future that after I retire in MyCareer as a player I can become a head scout, head coach, GM or be the commissioner?
2. I am now a graduate of IT though already have a job in a company. I really want to be a part of 2K. What are the skills you need and how do I get in? (PS I've already created some mods. Does that help?)

1. How has player progression changed? I'd just love to hear more about this aspect of the game in general.
2. Are the 2k-generated draft classes more realistic this year?
3. Is the PC version moddable this year?

Do u have to relocate in order to change the teams identity? Are there trades during free agency? Is the MyGM relationships with players changed at all or is it still the same thing with them just complaining about training intensity?

Edit: Forgot my most anticipated question--has any work been done regarding ingame minutes rotations? This may not apply specifically to MyLEAGUE/MyGM, but the logic in 2k15 left a lot to be desired so I'm very curious.

1) Can protections be applied to draft picks? Unprotected firsts are relatively rare in the NBA.

2) Have more salary cap rules been implemented? Cap holds, trade exceptions, designated players, etc.

3) +1 for loving to hear talk about progression/regression/scouting.

Have they removed Corymach7 from making the 2k draft logic in nba 2k16 and question 2, has the free agent logic also improved so that there are not as many good players left in the fa pool half way through the next season?

1) As AI engineer I suppose this would be your area - have you guys fixed the excessive timeout calling when skipping to next appearance in MyCareer?
2) Do you play basketball in real life with Jao? If so, did you posterized him yet?
3) Name one thing you like most since you started working for VC.

5) Does VC have any decision making power about servers or is this completely 2K?

Question 1 = Is there a selection screen for selecting jerseys in MyCareer like in MyGm or MyLeague.

Question 2 = Will the jersey creating feature be used in other gamemodes other than MyGm, MyLeague and Pro-AM. (Being a bit more realistic TBM )

Question 3 = Will there be a feature that allows me to override the decision of Owners when I'm rebranding or relocating in MyLeague.

Question 4 = Will there be a transfer feature in MyGm, MyLeague to put my roster from those gamemodes into Create a Roster?

Question 5 = Will you be able to update things easier now? For example, Jerseys, Courts, Scanned Bodies and Faces. How does that system work, or is it just releasing a huge archive just to patch a face or jersey?

Question 6 = PERSONAL QUESTION
The font for the Pacers Jersey on the front is too small and doesn't fit the jersey. It also looks like you didn't fix the Pacers Strip down the side which on the top picture doesn't go all the way to the arm hole, but on the bottom picture it does as shown from the RED circle.




Here's another example as pointed out from the RED arrow. You can see this is also the case with Nick Young's Lakers jersey



It's been like this for years. Please Leftos relay this information onto other 2K developers who work in the Jersey department.

2. Can I switch user controlled teams ( in Myleague?? In other words if I'm using the Knicks can I switch to the Pistions at any time?
3. How has Player Ambition improved?
4. Can we edit coaches?
5. Can we toggle how many games per season in MyGM mode?

7. Is D-League in the future?
8. Can I pick or invite players to summer league play?
