PreOrdering 2K16 (or any game) on PS4

I have question: I've preordered NBA 2K16 on PS4, but I didn't get charged, I didn't paid anything. Is it supposed to be like that or am I wrong somewhere? It says that I already own 2K16 and I can see it in my transiction history, but this is my first time preordering via PS4, so I wanna make sure everything is ok
Same thing with Madden 16.

When Will I be Charged?
You will usually be charged for the product two days before the expected release date although this can vary.

If you do not have ‘Automatically Add Funds to Renew Subscriptions or Pay for Pre-ordered Content’ set up on your wallet, and don't have enough cash in your account on the expected Payment Date, we will send you an email informing you that you need to top-up your Sony Entertainment Network wallet to complete your pre-order. If you don't have enough money in your wallet and have Automatic Funding enabled, we will charge your credit card.
